Following on from my posting yesterday…

Following on from my posting yesterday I was advised to contact Haart again to discuss the rental money Haart owes me! I wonder what exactly they do for the fee they charge me monthly as it appears it falls to me to notify them when they fail to pay November and Decembers rent to me and now it falls to me to complete a complaint form! and to add insult to injury I was informed today that the rent increase agreed with my tenants in October has not been paid as their office "failed to send out the Section 13" If you want recompense from this company then you will have to take on more work by completing their complaints form. I have now written to Sat Basi who I understand is the Lettings Managing Director, I'm hoping for a quick response and resolution!!However I could NOT recommend you use them as letting agents, as my experience over the last 12 months has shown there is no customer service or accountability.

Looked to buy through them last year and couldn't get an answer on the phone.....A year later trying to sell my own place and have lost count how many times phone has gone to voicemail....even stood outside offices and watched them ignore the phone ringing.....

Absolutely awful company who exploit students.Rent damp filthy inadequate accommodation and have the audacity to charge a cleaning bill even though the house was left in far better condition than when originally rented.They do not back tenants one iota!

Wish I had looked on trustpilot before working with haart. All the one star reviews are spot on. Take months to respond - that's if they respond. No accountability for them making mistakes. For a paid for service, you would expect a service.

Suffered racist abuse from the Property…

Suffered racist abuse from the Property Management team on a daily basis whilst working in their office. Was finally conspired against and eased out on completely false allegations merely for raising concerns and proposals to change inefficient and ineffectual processes deeply affecting our clients. Was promised an 'investigation' which has not been executed and ever since senior management have been ignoring my complaints and correspondence.
