If any issue occurs in the property, it will take months to resolve it and there`s high possibility problem won`t get resolved at all and at the end all blame will be on tenant who will get threats of legal action.

Property management is absolutely zero.@ medway . Been trying to reach them for two weeks concerning a small issue with the property , no response to email, calls, text and chats. Once they collect money they are good to go until when anything affecting rent occurs , but ignore any clarification you seek. They literally Ghost you.

Very poor after promising to give an instant of evaluation all the platform did is take my contact details and then try to book me an appointment with one of their associates. I’m not happy because I know now after I gave my information it will be sent for marketing, do not use.

Never! Ever! Use at your own peril! Misrepresented home. Boiler did not work for weeks! They did not bother to provide alternative heating. List of other repairs not fixed for months. Never visited the property upon my list of complaints.Be warned ⚠️

I was a tenant in a property managed by haart. It took 3 weeks for them to respond to a reference request and delayed our move by 2 weeks. Since the beginning of September I'm chasing them to recover the £1200 deposit. No one answers the phones or responds to emails.My advice is to not use them.
