Very bad experience, initially we were impressed with their services. Communication after renting house start to deteriorate, no matter you speak to manager or staff....nothing happens.....no reply....no resolution. When I asked them to move to another agent they started to threaten and quarrel with me.

Avoid using hart estate agents. Their agents have no customer service skills and think it’s ok to hang up on customers without letting them get a full sentence out because they’ve had a few stressful phone calls already that day.

they took advantage of the fact that they didn't speak English well, they held the money and didn't want to return it anymoreO
It is not our intention to keep anyone’s deposit without cause, and apologies if you feel that we have taken advantage of you not speaking English well. The referencing process was explained to you at the viewing, however your referencing check failed and we are unable to refund the holding deposit to you due to this.

Had a home valuation appointment booked with Haart, but no one showed up at the arranged time. Didn’t receive any further message or phone call either. What a waste of my time, since I had to take some time off work. Would not recommend.

Disgusting service from the office had a viewing rung me 3 times I traveled over a hour to the house to be told ten minutes before the viewing they can't come then didn't answer the phone when I called wouldn't recommend them I'll bee taking this further!!!
