Booked a valuation with haart rainham office for today. They’ve not shown up or even had the decency to call me, if there service is that bad at the point of valuation I wouldn’t want to let them sell my property , won’t be calling them again

If I could give this branch minus 5 stars I would. Too many issues and broken promises to mention. Avoid Haart at all costs. You're better off using Purple Bricks.

Haart Coventry are abysmal. Don't answer the phone and in the rare instances they do nobody gets back to you. Have had a dreadful experience throughout with them and the final straw is they did not submit deposit claim against tenant.

They cause damage to neighbouring properties through poor vetting of tenants in order to make a quick buck. When approached, they pass the blame, use delay tactics, or don’t respond. They lie to landlords by ignoring instructions provided by property owners.

Rented 2 properties over 3/4 years and you can’t get hold of them via phone,they ignore emails,don’t fix problems with the property and just play dumb everytime.no idea why Haart pay their property managers because they don’t do anything. Not a single IQ betweeen them.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I contacted Haart multiple times over the course of a week and was told someone would ring back. They never did. When I eventually got an appointment for a viewing they didn’t even bother to turn up! Non existent customer service.

Very difficult to get a hold of. Was interested in a property, finally managed to get in touch with the branch who told me they would call me back to confirm viewing dates. A week later, no news and the property has been let. Not dealing with them again.
