It was nice speaking to Keeley Fisher on the phone today. This was my first time coming in contact with her. She acted professional and polite. She made me laugh and I forgot I was having a bad. Sharif was extremely helpful and kind taking me to view plenty of flats around London. He was in contact with me throughout the day keeping me updated with new flats that had only just come on the market and taking me to see them straight away. We let out our house in Monmouth

We let out our house in Monmouth, originally with the local Haart agents. We let it for some 10 years and frankly they did nothing for the money. Every time a snag arose, they contacted us which was annoying as we had full electrical, gas & insurance cover that sorted these things out. When we stoped renting they became quite difficult with us. The worst example of this was when we said we were going to sell OUR house. They sent round a less than qualified valuation expert who totally missed the fact that there was a double garage detached from the main building!!! As for the keys handed to Haart by the tenants, we were told that we had to collect them ourselves or if WE arranged a courier to collect them they would get them back to us! They could not possibly put them in a padded envelope and return them that way. We live almost 100 miles away so physical collection was not really viable for us. We personally would not recommend Haart based on our experience.

Had an excellent experience with Haart lettings, in particular Aaron Delaney. Aaron was one of the few agents around who we found to be attentive, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Many London agents these days are looking to shovel properties as quickly as possible, and put in minimal effort - Haart lettings and Aaron were the opposite. I would highly recommend.
