Nathan was great. The viewing was easy and nice. The whole process from viewing to offer being accepted took no more than 4 hours. Nathan certainly worked his magic to get it sorted. I'm so pleased with how things went that I've asked Nathan to look for other properties as well.

Really bad experience here. They let out my Son in laws properly around 20 months ago. We asked them to serve notice on the tenant 2 months before the contract ended. The tenant refused to move and Haart then told us we need to pay £250 for them to send the tenant a letter regarding moving. Which we did, now 9 months later the tenant is still there Haart have done zero to remove them, still taking their commission but now asking us to pay more for them to send more letters.My Advice would be to not let this company manage your properties under any circumstances.

I visited them and gave all the details for the kind of apartment I was interested in buying. I got a call back with details of the apartment which met all the details i had asked for. Once scheduled 1. they called a day before and changed the time which I agreed to.2. they came 5 mins late and gave us 10 minutes to check the apartment as he has was in a rush. 3. he had no idea about the apartment amenities and was not even interested in showing us around.

She negotiated a rent renewal with the tenants with a reasonable increase in rent to reflect the current market conditions. Carlo was excellent in the way he dealt with a repair needed to the toilet cistern in my flat. He responded to my initial report of the fault within minutes and a contractor was on site within 24 hours. Despite the contractor needing to order a spare part, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Carlo followed up promptly to check that I was happy with the work that had been done. Very impressive!

We were very pleased with how attentive and helpful she was with our requests and even took us to a viewing that evening. Unfortunately we decided no on the flat but ever since she has made sure to update us on new properties that fit our needs. Such a great experience!
