Awful everything

Great at letting places out. Uncontactable when you have problems. Let issues go on for months then when you move out they try to charge you for the problems which were caused by them not looking into maintance issues for months. Not sure how they got any good reviews everyone I have spoken to has had a horrific experience.In reply to the reply ... if I could have contacted the lettings team I wouldn't have had reason to leave this review ... the time it took you to reply to this review proves my point.

Extremely poor

Stratford branch have now not paid landlords the rent owed for over 7 days, breaking contractual conditions. The tenant has assured the rent has been paid to Haart, and yet no payment has been made to the landlord. Emails are ignored and calls are not answered. Communication is almost zero.

Terrible company (would even leave zero stars if I could), would suggest you going elsewhere. They also tried to keep our deposit and had to spend months trying to fight to get the money rightfully owed to us back. They also collaborated with our landlord to give us a bad reference, when we asked them to rectify their error they did nothing. Appalling company - their actions felt unethical and possibly in breach of regulations. Would highly recommend you going elsewhere.
