Great experience selling my house through these guys, from start to finish they were brilliant. I dealt with the coventry branch which was originally james, the house sold after 2 days on the market, the photos & write up were brilliantly done ( if I didn’t already own it I would have bought it 😂).After the offer went in Karen took over 🙌🏼 She was fantastic, going above & beyond, thanks to Karen & Francessca at js law who Haart recommended it was plain sailing. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again when I buy my next house.

I honestly have not got a good word to say about our experience of Haart. Absolutely awful experience renting through them. The tone on some of their emails was horrific and I really did not have very pleasant interactions with them. They had a complete lack of respect, Im not sure why they approach interactions like this and why key parts to emails are ignored. I had a real lack of trust in them and what they said. I had the feeling they felt they could interact with us badly as we were mere renters at the time. I did not enjoy interactions with Peter WitkowskiWe just moved out after purchasing a house. As a result of our awful experiences with haart we did not consider buying any houses they were selling. Surely this is impacting their business if others make similar decisions too.Everything was so much more difficult with such an obtuse third party. They indicated we would have to rent for another month to end our tenancy and would not ask the landlord (as I feel is their duty) when we wanted to choose a different date, despite this being possible in our contract. Luckily we had the contact number of the landlord so could arrange this and other things and largely leave Haart out of any of our interactions, with the landlord essentially paying extra for the burden of Haart. After speaking about my experience to others, I have heard similar stories.Would not use again

GoogleAfter a rather stressful day visiting countless estate agents with little success we happened across Haart estate agents on Clapham High Street and the fabulous agent Cory. He sat with us for over 30 minutes discussing our letting requirements and despite our constraints proceeded to take us on multiple viewings with fantastic potential! He was friendly, accommodating and patient, listening to our concerns and willing to answer any question we threw at him. His positive attitude made us feel at ease and hopeful after a relatively stressful day. Thanks Cory! We will be sure to recommend you in the future!

GoogleGreat experience with Haart, we found them through Rightmove and arranged a viewing for a property on the day and had made an offer on it 2 hours after viewing. Billie has been really helpful throughout the whole process and made everything clear. She also made sure everything moved quickly which it has to in London!! Billie had a really friendly and open attitude which gave us a lot of trust and faith in securing the property with Haart. Thanks a lot!!

Appalling. 1 star because I can’t leave minus 1000! Absolute waste of space of a company. Never answer their phones, on the very very rare occasion they do you get bounced around the country and no one ever bothers to reply despite their promises. Two weeks and counting….. Don’t waste your time or effort, avoid at all costs.

I have recently completed on my home purchase through Haart plymouth. It was a very long and stressful process due to vendor and solicitors. I can't thank Harrt enough for all the help over the passed 19months. I would especially like to thank Jayne Edwards I don't think I would have made it this far with out all your help and support. You have been a absolute superstar answered all my questions and helped me chase for completion. This woman deserves a promotion or payrise in my opinion Thank you so much 😊

Completely beyond abysmal service! If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute nightmare before we even got into the house. If you want to be lied to and messed around, Haart are your guys to go with! There was nothing other than issues before even getting the tenancy. Emails and calls are either ignored or passed through every incompetent person in the office. They even lied during the tenancy signing process to which I called out! At this point, I should have told them to stuff it but just wasn’t an option for us at the time. Once moved in, issue after issue. The property was disgusting and every ‘renovation’ was done by some bodge-it cowboy builder. Was left without gas and heating for two small children and nobody could care less! Not sure how they completed the gas safety report as there was no gas!! Leeds branch are absolutely useless and I would advise avoiding entirely!

Things went wrong from day one. Tenants signed and as they moved in the wife said no. So it didnt go ahead after signing all contract etc. Haart only gave me a late notice there are moving in the night before. They then charge me for their cost that was not my fault n this took several calls and weeks in getting a refund back. Finally another new tenants moves on n I discover they are subletting in August. I informed Haart n they promised to bring forward their madatory 3 month inspection by a couple of weeks. They failed to do this n failed to their mandatoryinspection. I get no response from anyone from the office. They don't answer their phones so I had to go in the office to speak with them. They are not interested in protecting the landlord or their home. They make promises n then don't follow them up. I'm still left with a ruined property, two or more families still living there n it seems they jus don't care n seems there is nothing I can do. Very poor service indeed. I'm still trying to get them to deal but it's taking its toll on my health. I have complaint to management, about missed appoints and lack of responses but ive not heard from then either. It is a pity I didn't see some of reviews before as I would not have picked them.

They were communicative during our initial move, any problems we had during our tenancy were swiftly dealt with and when we left they were similarly really easy to deal with. As the first time seller in London, this has been the extremely worst experience I have been gone through with Ares and Rice of Harrt. I believe I was misled by a higher valuation and persuaded to sign an unfair contract which included a 20-week sole selling rights agreement and a fixed amount of commission, £14,000.
