Honestly very poor

Honestly very poor. I was left without a toilet for 8 days! As a disabled person who can't do stairs i was told I'd just have to make do. Ive complained 5 times and each time is swept under the carpet. They do not acknowledged disabled people

After having been renting for 1.5 years through Haart, I can only applaud the property management service provided by Jennie (Clapham). From the start, as I was stressed by the move, Jennie went out of her way so that I could have access to the keys sooner than expected. At the slightest problem in the apartment, Jennie responded promptly, correctly advised and got out of her way to find solutions. When she returned from leave, for example, she took the initiative to come back to me to inquire about problems that arose and had been resolved during her absence. Renting through Haart is my 4th rental experience in London and by far the best. Thanks to Jennie/ After 1.5 years of renting through Haart, I can only applaud the property management service provided by Jennie (Clapham). Our home went up for sale with Haart and from the get go the experience itself was fab. We dealt with Matt from start to finish and he made me feel at ease and confident with the sale of our property. We had updates and were supported step by step within the process to sell our home. If/when it comes to buying or selling again I would feel comfortable with it being in the hands of Matt. His knowledge of the property market and the local area is great.

Haart Slough have given us the worst…

Haart Slough have given us the worst experience and we was completely misled by this agency. My partner and I were dealing with Shannon and everything was going so well, after signing the contract and payment of deposit we were then told to pick up the keys from the property. We have got to the property and after asking questions about a section of the house that the house keeper was reluctant to show, we found out that the house keeper and his family live in the property! The signed agreement told us nothing about people living in the property we will be living in! There was no tennis net but we was promised a tennis court, camera system and many things promised have now been retrieved. The agent now has said they don’t manage the property after receiving thousands of pounds worth of deposit. We are extremely traumatised with this experience, we now are trying to find out what we can do as we do not feel safe living in the same property with a family we know nothing about.

Mai, and the team at Haart, made the whole process of moving house so smooth and simple. Mai was quick to arrange viewings and did them in a safe manner. The communication was very good, Mai was responsive and managed the agreement between myself and the landlord well. Lastly the referencing, paperwork and move in were all above expectations. Great agency, would definitely go through the process with them again and recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Haart Estate Agents. Maintenance issues in the property were not handled properly or in a timely manner. I reported a serious problem with the bathroom, both the bathtub and the toilet were not flushing, multiple times via phone and email. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took over three months and the issue was still not resolved.

If you are a landlord avoid at all cost. The lettings team Mohammed and Leo at first informed they had found a couple with kids but they are lesbian. Confidentiality breach and did they want me to discriminate? I did not quite understand why l was being told this because whom people love or get in a relationship with is not my business.
