This was couple of years ago, I was renting a flat in Caradon close. Landlady Julie was absolute disgrace blocking my deposit for as long as she could and I had to go thru dispute to get it back and it took ages. She never showed up for the final viewing, than she stopped picking up the phone. Haart just said they can not do anything about it. So a huge thumbs down to Haart for working with such landlords. It took forever to organise any minor repair,so we had cold water only for 3 months. Property advertised as part furnished when the bed and a wardrobe were promised to be there when we move in. When we came at around 22:00 try to guess.. Yes, flat was completely empty and no heating working! We had to sleep in our friend's house for 3 nights. And bonus was huge amount of mould on the wall when wardrobes were removed. Never had such terrible experience in my entire life. I will definitely not enter any of Haart branches again.

Since March 2020 I have had frequent contact with Elisa for several reasons and each time she has been a pleasure to communicate with, she is not robotic and goes beyond expectation, she always gives balanced and credible advice, Elisa is an asset to Haart. I have had the pleasure of working with Sanjiv and Mohammad. Sanjiv is one persistent Manager. Had he not been so persistent, I would still be at my old address. I was too scared to take the step to move forward and into another property. Once I had moved, it was the best thing ever. First night in new place and I knew I had made the right decision. Sanjiv and Mohammed at Haart Leytonstone were fantastic. Good professional and listened to everything I asked of them for the sale if my Parents property. At times was a bit difficult arranging viewings during the pandemic but the guys did so well and the sale went through with no glitches. They arranged soooo many viewings on the phone to.me constantly to push the sale well done guys we got there in the end. 100% recommend heart. I was recommend to go to other agents cheaper than Haart but in my opinion they earnt their money.

I bought my flat through Haart a few years ago and they were excellent. So naturally We then decided to return to Haart to let out or property. They have been absolutely excellent helping with all the legal jargon and issues you have to go through when being a landlord in London. Selling a family home after a split and having lived in for many years is not easy at the best of times, Haart indeed the whole team including with particular mention to Craig, and Dan were very receptive and went the extra mile on several occasions .They assisted with minor things like post and even liased with buliders and neighbours. Items that made me save a lot of time having to always be there. Fianlly if you are a person thinking of moving to Leytonstone it really is a very nice spot with a lot of potential and I left with a heavy but realistic heart.
