We’ve had the worst time over several years renting with Haart Estate agents Leytonstone Branch. We have had several property managers leave the company with no consistent property manager, we’ve experienced being ghosted, issues taking shockingly long to get resolved. We even had a break in to the property and the letting agents remained unhelpful even when we needed our front gate fixed during this emergency. As I write this, we have been waiting for our contract to be renewed for months even though our landlord has followed up and agreed to this. This estate agents has caused us so much stress and anxiety over the past couple of years, failing to do even the most basic of things and take accountability. I do not recommend that a Landlord rents their property via this letting agent or that any prospective tenants who what to rent do so via Haart Leytonstone Branch. The only positive has been that the Stratford Branch has been incredibly helpful, constantly stepping in to get things done almost every single time Leytonstone Branch has failed us, which is too often.

Our experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. Communication is poor, issues take far too long to be resolved, and there’s a real lack of accountability from the property management team. We’ve had to chase repeatedly for basic maintenance and have often been met with slow or dismissive responses. For the amount of rent paid, the level of service is shockingly low. Would not recommend renting through them until they make serious improvements to how they treat tenants.
