We've recently bought a property through Heart Leytonstone. We were first dealing with Mo, who was absolutely brilliant, helpful, professional and friendly. At the offer stage, we started speaking with Sanjiv who was also great. He gave regular updates on the progress and checked in with us to ensure things were ok on our end. He was available whenever we needed to reach him and would very quickly speak to the seller when things came up. Both Mo and Sanjiv went the extra mile with examples such as accommodating multiple trips to the property for measurements and helping sort out a small plumbing issue with the seller following our move in day. 5 star review for 5 star service. Ulugbek has proved to be an excellent advisor with a great rapport and can do attitude. He exudes excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the areas that I was looking at and most importantly showed great support and respect with regards to my situation. By the time I had approached Haart I was feeling extremely anxious that I was never going to find anything. His attention to detail and warm personality just made the process so much more bearable during what was a difficult time for me. I’ve often felt that renting flats was purely a business transaction but Ulugbek has been efficient, supportive, understanding professional and most importantly has found me somewhere suitable for my needs that I can now call home. I never ever felt like I was just one of many clients on his books and the understanding that he has shown has made my move a much more pleasurable experience.

I could not have been happier with the service provided by the whole Haarts team, and especially Muhammed. He was so informative, honest, patient and on the ball. The sale was particularly tricky as we are overseas investors and yet he liaised seemlessly between ourselves and the owners, making sure that everyone was in the loop and on top of the next steps. We've been on over 50 viewings over the past 8 months, and the estate agents and private sellers have been a mixed bag. Herah was personable and genuinely curious about our situation and desire to find a new home. She certainly had done her prep work with the flat we were viewing. She was patient when I wanted to do a second walk through to take photos. We believe an agent from this branch came and knocked on our door yesterday to ask us to list the house with this agency. We assumed he was from the branch at Maryland, but they deny doorknocking, which only leaves this branch locally. We are renting, our landlord had decided to sell but then changed her mind. We told him we weren't the owners and asked him to go. He tried to carry on discussing after we said no the house was off the market and we were the tenants and wanted to leave his card after we asked him to leave. If people wanted to engage you for quotes they would. We also had a "no cold calling" sign on our door which was ignored. Don't do this to people. It's extremely invasive and doesn't come across as proactive.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Used to deal with Jakir & Imad from the property management team who were fantastic but I think they have left. Have now been dealing with Danielle who is uncontactable, doesn't respond to emails or answer the phone - leaving us unable to use the two toilets in our property for over a month, with a family of 4 this is completely unacceptable and would advise anyone who is looking to let via Haart Leytonstone to avoid.
