"661 reviews — 6.0× the UK average. And every one earned."
The haart Reputation Story
haart have been named a Trusted Agent 2026 Platinum winner. Out of more than 20,000 offices benchmarked, the data — real customers, real reviews, real results in London — earned them the accolade. Unlike most industry awards, winners are independently verified and no agent pays to enter.
One review platform is not the whole assessment
The programme draws on reviews from several platforms. A Google score shown on a Platinum office's profile is one source of feedback, not a substitute for the award assessment. Check the platform name before comparing figures, and avoid treating scores from different sources as interchangeable.

Read the review count beside the stars
A star average needs context. The programme considers review quality alongside the volume of evidence, so neither a large count nor a perfect score explains Platinum on its own. When comparing offices, open the reviews and look for accounts of a service similar to the one you need.

What this 2026 award does and does not tell you
Platinum records the assessment behind the 2026 award, using the evidence available at award time. It is not a live rating or a promise about your next move. Current profile ratings can change as reviews arrive. Read today's feedback alongside the award, rather than treating the two as the same measurement.

Platinum winners lead on both service and results
Platinum is not awarded for entering a competition or paying a fee. It comes from a combination of how well an office sells and lets homes in its area and how its customers rate their experience across Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo. Offices that reach Platinum are doing both well at once.
Kerfuffle newsroom
haart was named a Trusted Agent 2026 Platinum winner on 7 July 2026, ranked #105 nationally out of UK estate agent offices.
The Trusted Agent 2026 winners were revealed at ICC Newport on 7 July 2026, after a benchmark of more than 20,000 UK estate agent offices on performance data (how well agents sell and let homes in their area and other key factors like time to sell and fall-throughs) and customer-satisfaction data (reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo). haart was one of them.
Trusted Agent is powered by ViewAgents, a company that specialises in benchmarking estate agent performance across the UK.
Each office is scored on a combination of performance data — how well agents sell and let homes in their area and other key factors like time to sell and fall-throughs — and customer satisfaction, based on reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo, across the 20,000+ UK estate agent offices on the platform.
Offices are ranked into three tiers. Platinum is the top 2% of UK estate agents. Gold extends the group to the top 5%. Trusted Agent extends it to the top 10% overall. No fees. No entries. No submissions. Just data.
