We were fortunate enough to have Sanjiv sell our property in Wanstead, and help us purchase our new property in Leytonstone. He made it so easy, to the point we bought and sold within a week (he said give me two weeks). There were troubles along the way like there always seems to be, but Sanj was always at the end of the phone or email and willing to push for answers. I strongly believe he is the reason why we now are in our new home, it would have fallen though without him. The team at the Leytonstone branch gave excellent and professional service. Muhammed was our main contact who took the trouble to ensure this sale was handled sensitively given the age and many many years the owner had lived in the property. He understood the emotional side of this sale, kept us posted throughout, was always aware of the status and never failed to return a call/respond to a query. He could not have been more helpful, including with the progression manager at the new property who made very positive comments on dealings with him. Sanjiv was on hand when Muhammed was out of the office, also on top of matters and Lee was very helpful in the early days of the process with viewings. A strong and reliable team who were a pleasure to deal with and did what they said they would do and more from start to finish.

This was couple of years ago, I was renting a flat in Caradon close. Landlady Julie was absolute disgrace blocking my deposit for as long as she could and I had to go thru dispute to get it back and it took ages. She never showed up for the final viewing, than she stopped picking up the phone. Haart just said they can not do anything about it. So a huge thumbs down to Haart for working with such landlords. It took forever to organise any minor repair,so we had cold water only for 3 months. Property advertised as part furnished when the bed and a wardrobe were promised to be there when we move in. When we came at around 22:00 try to guess.. Yes, flat was completely empty and no heating working! We had to sleep in our friend's house for 3 nights. And bonus was huge amount of mould on the wall when wardrobes were removed. Never had such terrible experience in my entire life. I will definitely not enter any of Haart branches again.

Sanjiv and Mohammed at Haart Leytonstone were fantastic. Good professional and listened to everything I asked of them for the sale if my Parents property. At times was a bit difficult arranging viewings during the pandemic but the guys did so well and the sale went through with no glitches. They arranged soooo many viewings on the phone to.me constantly to push the sale well done guys we got there in the end. 100% recommend heart. I was recommend to go to other agents cheaper than Haart but in my opinion they earnt their money.
