GoogleJust now visited a beautiful property. Mr Ulugbek Rabbimov was very helpful and he assisted us in viewing the property. He was Polite, humble and kind and answered our all queries. He made us understand the council’s laws and regulations as well. I recommend him for best properties in London.

GoogleHaart have been helpful, responsive and professional throughout the whole process, which turned into 10 months of hell - not Haart’s fault. My advice would be to anyone selling: use a traditional estate agent like Haart and a high street solicitor. Don’t be tempted with cheaper on line only firms. They are a joke. GoogleUlugbek managed my letting process. As a first time landlord, I found it quite overwhelming at first but Ulugbek guided me through the whole process (including finding an electrician for the required certification, completing my landlord license on my behalf, taking nice photos of the apartment for the website etc) and found me great tenants within a week of listing! He was very responsive, keeping me informed of updates throughout the process. Would highly recommend!
