He made the whole moving process super easy and efficient from the viewing up until receiving the keys with updates every day and great work on his part, even after he has been amazing help with making sure everything is all good. Honestly couldn’t recommend a better agent, he really took away the stress that comes with moving.

GoogleAfter trying other agents we went to Haart and found them to be very professional at what they do. Haart managed to sell where others had failed. Selling or buying can be a very testing experience to go through but the people at this branch made it a lot easier and smoother process. A special thanks to Jan for getting us over the line.

GoogleWe are disappointed with the management team of this company brand in South Woodford. After concluding a two-year contract for renting a house, no respect for the tenants and the problems which started a few months later /such as mould and moisture/. We sent many emails to them some of them unanswered. At the end of the contract, we received an email in which they wanted to deduct half of the deposit because of damage from previous tenants! We have photos of everything before to moved in We opened a dispute with the deposit company and they did not respond to the dispute for 3 months. Finally, after 5 months, we have all our deposits back! We did not expect such disrespect and arrogance from this company, special from Gemma Gearey which made our lives last several months horrible. She doesn't have to be in that team!

GoogleSadly an awful experience - especially when checking out and trying to get our deposit back. After five months and going through the TDS we got it back as Haart didn’t respond to anyone across the board.

Our property took a long time to sell due to things out of Alan’s control but we had every faith he would get things done. We can safely say we could not have done it without him.
