GoogleWahida Liaquat was particularly useful in trying to persuade her colleagues to meet certain lender's demands and to gain access when negotiations started to become difficult. The team found that process challenging, however she managed to hold the sale together and negotiate to help achieve a middle ground and subsequently by pushing the sale through. Would definitely work with her in future.

Considering the difficulties tenants are facing with increasing rent and having personal experience of this very recently, Gemma handled the whole situation with care and kindness particularly when I was overwhelmed. I could not have asked for better support. Haart are a fantastic estate agent and I would recommend both Gemma and Ben for rentals. Thank you so much! I could not be happier with the service and support I have received from Haart South Woodford. Ben in particular is courteous, respectful and professional, found me the exact type of flat I was looking for, talked me through the process of providing documents and payments, and after nearly two years still checks in with me to make sure I’m happy in the property. After some bad experiences with estate agents, he has restored my faith! For anyone looking to rent a flat/house - go to Ben!
