Ellie Atkinson handled the sale of a property that I was selling for a friend under Lasting Power of Attorney. To add to all the complications, I was having to do all this from my house in Devon. Ellie was of inestimable help to me and dealt with all the problems in a very confident, efficient, and very good humoured way. She even took it upon herself, on two occasions to visit the elderly (no longer resident) seller of the property to reassure her that all was going well. I had written a review giving this branch 5 stars, i am now assessing this, as over the past two years since the old team, Dermid & Ben have left, this branch is in shambles. I have two properties rented with them. No one knows what is happening. I haven't received statements in one case nor rent and apparently this has not been flagged up nor address to me. They don't have a branch manger so there is no one to complain to.

Appreciation for Mr. Ubaid Suhail, Academy Property Management Associate, Haart South Woodford We live in a rented property managed by Haart Stratford and recently experienced an issue with our water heater. Unfortunately, despite contacting Haart Stratford from day one, the problem wasn’t resolved promptly due to staff shortages and lack of communication. On Saturday, my call was redirected to Haart South Woodford, where I spoke with Mr. Ubaid Suhail. He immediately understood the urgency of the situation, especially with a child under five in the household, and took ownership of the issue, even though it wasn’t within his area. He quickly obtained landlord approval for repairs, coordinated with the gas agency, and kept us informed at every step. Although the gas agency couldn’t attend on Saturday due to early closing hours, Mr. Ubaid followed up first thing Monday morning. When I called him directly, he reassured me that arrangements had already been made, and within the hour, the heating system was fully repaired. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ubaid for going above and beyond to ensure this was resolved quickly and for providing excellent communication throughout. He is truly an asset to Haart, and his dedication made a difficult situation much easier for us. Once again, thank you very much, Mr. Ubaid, please keep up the fantastic work!

My sister and I have recently been through the process of renting my first flat and had the pleasure of dealing with Haart in South Woodford when doing this. Dermid and Ben were the associates who were assigned to our flat and both were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. From showing us around initially and supporting us in the "race" to get the flat, to helping us with the referencing process and now throughout the tenancy. Even with our many (many) questions, emails and phone calls, both Dermid and Ben were fantastic; calm, helpful and responsive throughout, they didn't let me feel stupid or unknowledgeable at all.
