Highly recommend Haart South Woodford. My family and I instantly got a good vibe from the very first visit, as we found Danny to be polite and genuine. Once we’d got our sale underway his team were very professional and were always at hand even on their days off. We always felt looked after, especially by Alan too, which made the entire process smooth and trouble free. I’m very satisfied from the agency and agents within the company. I was in touch during the renting process with Ben Pooley. Callum-kai-Larsen is an exceptional Property Manager who truly wants the best for both the Landlord and the tenant. He took over a messy situation but was outstanding throughout the process which finally led to the eviction of the rogue tenant. Callum supported me and provided constant updates with the situation throughout the court case and thereafter, followed up with the bailiff office before and after each stage. I was surprised how Callum always kept ahead of this challenging situation. He promptly updated me with the progress of my case and was genuinely interested in finding the right solution in this worst scenario and in doing so he exceeded my expectations. I had a very positive experience with Callum as my property manager and the most important thing I liked is his ability to build a long lasting trust with the landlords. With Callum I had this real sense of confidence and if someone asks me to rate him it is definitely a 5 *
