My house sale was the last part of a divorce settlement and unfortunately not a collaborative experience. My initial conversation with Danny Bailey was hugely reassuring as he demonstrated empathy, professionalism and understanding. His team continued these traits and the whole process of preparation, marketing and appointment management were handled smoothly, efficiently and without fuss. Danny and the team also showed quiet professionalism when the process became bogged down by matrimonial disputes and delays. Throughout this and other events haart South Woodford remained discrete but outcome focused. This resolution was exemplified during the Covid 19 lockdown. Whilst the office was furloughed Danny nevertheless kept me informed throughout with good humour and professionalism. His attention and commitment meant that our house sale was able to resume quickly post lockdown and he then worked hard to bring the house sale to completion as quickly as possible. So a difficult customer circumstance and a difficult national circumstance were successfully managed and it is all credit to Danny that he and his team that a positive outcome resulted. I've been happy with the service provided by Haart, Jason took some lovely photos which lead to many viewings, I generally received feed back from Reece and Danny. Excellent service regarding the sale of my house. This agent is not pushy just polite and helpful. The brochure that they produced was very profession, and they work well with me taking on board the comments that I made. They achieved an excellent selling price and the house would have sold within 24 hours of listing, had the interested parties been able to sell their property. Cannot recommend Jason and his team enough, for a quick and efficient sale. It is also worth noting that we look at other agents in Wansted thinking that they would be able to achieve a better price, however, this was not the case. Great local agent.

Very happy with the way Jason dealt with our purchase. Jason was very accommodating showing us the property at short notice and also removed the property immediately from sale upon accepting our offer on the same day.
