GoogleHi Atul, I would like to say a big thank you to yourself and the team at Haart. The whole process of purchasing a house was made that much easier due to to the efficient manner with which the staff handled all aspects of the purchase process right from the outset. We are now home owners and as first time buyers, having heard from others just how difficult and time consuming buying a house can be, I must say we were pleasantly surprised at how stress free the process was made to be. Once again, a big thank you guys. All the best David Singer and Milena Sandoval
Dear David and Milena We are all thrilled that you have now bought your first home! It was a pleasure helping you through the process, and if we can ever be of assistance again, you now where we are! Best wishes Atul Sharma Branch Manager Haart Colindale

GoogleWe dealt mainly with Emmanuel Adesanmi at the Colindale branch of Haart. He was always available, kept us up-to-date with clear information and provided us with much needed advice. I recommend him highly. Unfortunately the office's sales manager, Lia Demetriou, was rarely able to help. She did occasionally provide an update, usually when other parties had sorted things out already. Finally, the branch manager (Vasil? - I never caught his name properly) became aggressive and rude when our buyer was holding up the sale. The matter was in the hands of solicitors and estate agents at the time, we didn't have any dealings with our buyer directly, so there was nothing we could do. We shared the manager's frustration , but felt that his manner was uncalled for.
Dear Hubert Many thanks for taking the time to write this review. I hope yourself and the family are settled in your lovely new home, and on behalf of the team, I apologise if at times, you felt we were being rude or aggressive. Please be assured that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and at times, property transactions can cause frustration, however, please accept our apologies for any offence caused. We wish you all the best for the future. Best wishes Atul Sharma Branch Manager Haart Colindale
