GoogleWe found a property through this agency, but since moving in, they have been completely unhelpful with the issues in the house. It’s been two weeks, and the property has several problems they don’t seem to care about. They ignore our calls and emails, no matter how many times we try. One window won’t open, another won’t close, the mattress has springs sticking out in the middle, and the hot water runs with very low pressure throughout the house. Absolutely unacceptable service.

GoogleWell very disappointing service . : the letting agent sales service as far as arranging visits is good. After you choose a property then give the initial deposit the sales man seems to disappear. My first experience was last year when I gave the deposit for a flat to rent then they pulled back : and returned the deposit after a lot of chasing up.
Just 10 days ago I chose another flat gir which I gave a deposit and now the letting person cannot be contacted . Niobe firm the office is bother to get in touch with me. I had filled in all their online forms for the flat paid gge deposit too.
I really do not know the status: my deposit is held again and no contract in sight.
Very frustrating experience trying to get hold of the right person .
