We are thankful that we have purchased the property marketise by Haarts Estate from Colindale. We loved the property from the very first sight when Daisie has shown us around. Only chain process itself seemed to be very complex and uncertain although Maxine was very supportive and responsive during this 7 months. She was constantly chasing each party and making sure that the purchase is going towards right direction. She has been always positive and professional and if one day we decide to sell the property then Maxine will be our first choice to go to. Terrible service, would not recommend this estate agents to anyone. They didn't deal with our sold in professional manner and they always seem to have they telephone line and Internet broken down. Everyone's phones and Internet were working expect this Colindale office. Maxine and Daisie were very unprofessional. They were rude at times. Over 18 months of joining them they failed to sell my house. So do not ho to this office gor selling hour home.

We found a property through this agency, but since moving in, they have been completely unhelpful with the issues in the house. It’s been two weeks, and the property has several problems they don’t seem to care about. They ignore our calls and emails, no matter how many times we try. One window won’t open, another won’t close, the mattress has springs sticking out in the middle, and the hot water runs with very low pressure throughout the house. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Mrs Maxine was very helpful in the process of our purchase. Her responsiveness was great, If she didn’t pick up, she always call back soon. Our purchase wasn’t a straightforward deal. There was a long delay to get replied from seller solicitor. Maxine was the person who always push both side solicitors. Luckily after a long wait our completion day finally came and we received the keys with the beautiful gift box from Maxine.

Completely pointless as managing agents. The sales staff are good, however, the managing service almost doesn't exist - so you just waste your money. Long list of issues: - tenant locked thermal lives out, Haart mismanaged and told them to break the lock as they did not have a spare, but they did. - washing machine broke, tenants had to chase them for 3 weeks - but they didn't do anything - the property management number is never picked up + at least 5 other instances of lack of service. Unbelievable that they are this big and allowed to operate...

Dear Atul My experience of selling a property through Haart has been nothing but positive from start to finish. Selling a property for the first time was a very daunting process for me, but Atul was on hand at all times to guide me through the process, and offer assistance when needed. Being the branch manager I was very impressed with the time he took to personally help with everything, rather than off load to another member of the team. Serhan Gencoglu and Robert Bizgan are absolute cowboys. I didn't expect this from Haart. They went in with all the spiel about how they'll find quality tenants, only to propose clearly unsuitable people, and when they finally found someone reasonable, they messed everyone about so the transaction fell through. I asked for details of the area manager to be able to make a complaint and they would not provide it because their misconduct is there in black and white.
