I cannot praise the team at Haart Estate Agents highly enough. It was a difficult sale from the word go, but within weeks they had found a serious buyer and guided not only me but also the buyer through every step of the process, from arranging the mortgage agreement to liaising between solicitors who were, at times, less than professional in their interactions. I have no doubt their persistence and professionalism ultimately saved the sale. Maxine and Daisy went above and beyond showing true dedication and care throughout. Changing my review here because of how unresponsive the agents have been. Initially we found a property through this agency and Neil was extremely helpful throughout the process. But I don’t understand how the service can take a complete turn once we moved in. It’s been over a month since I’ve raised a maintenance issue but they have been completely unhelpful. I have tried every possible way - reporting through the system, emailing, calling - all to no avail. Absolutely unacceptable service specially from a company this well reputed.

Maxine was approachable and understanding during a stressful sale. Her reassuring nature was invaluable & furthermore she acted as a reassuring sounding board. My only criticism would be that Maxine would - from time to time - attribute certain delays on the fact we did not use Haart's 'recommended' solicitors - this was far from helpful and irritating. That said, Maxine was tenacious. She relayed my concerns when necessary & appropriate. Upshot - overall satisfied as the sale was completed on time and ultimately without issue. Highly recommended.
