The team at Haart have been communicative and transparent since day one. They were quick to organise a visit to the property and happy to rearrange subsequent visits at our request. They were able to tell us a lot about the local area and recommend places that were relevant to our interests e.g. climbing walls, restaurants. They were also open about some potential challenges but offered ways to overcome each of these, so we could make an informed decision about the property. As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous and had plenty of questions to ask but everyone involved was happy to talk us through them and offer solutions and ideas. The sale went through very quickly and it was smooth from start to finish with the help of the team. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking in the area.

Taylor Reed of Haart was great to deal with. Very responsive when I enquired about a property to view. He arranged the viewing with efficiency, arrived on time, and was very respectful of my elderly parents who came to the viewing (the purchase being for them.) Mainly, though, he suggested another property to view and arranged for a viewing the same day, and which ended up being the one we decided to buy! So full marks to Taylor on this transaction.

Totally incompetent. They have one job - to collect rent. Cant even manage that, even after formally complaining, and receiving assurances it wont happen again. What is going on in this company? AVOID
