Terrible. House photos poor (and forgot to take a photo of front of house), write up had spelling and grammatical errors. contracted to try to sell a house. very few viewings, which I appreciate is today's market however when I called pretending to be interested they weren't even sure what house I was talking about (and they only had 3 houses on the market in the area at the time), and just suggested I make a low offer. Didn't ask who I was, my financial position, ask if I wanted to view etc. Emails re "we'll do this within 24 hours" that they didn't fulfill. Someone else called feigning interest, was told no Sat viewings available as it was booked out (there were no viewings), what about Tuesdays? Also told me another time people were viewing on a Tuesday but no follow up. V odd. Suspect a lot of lies, definitely disinterest. Couldn't wait to get out of that sorry contract period. Disappointing. Unprofessional. Wasted time during a very stressful period.

Very proactive and helpful team, great assistance and support from the beginning through to purchase completion and keys handover making the stressful process such a joy entirely. The easiest 5 star I have ever rated someone. Believe me or not, it only took 3 weeks to fully complete the purchase. Great thanks and especial appreciation to Atu for his help and support throughout without hesitate.

I was served by a young man named Emmanuel. After having a really bad experience with another highstreet estate agent, it was a breathe of fresh air to be advised by someone who was polite, genuinely interested and who went above and beyond to ensure we had full clarity on our options. I will use Haart again based on this experience.
