We've been working with GLP, the Soho office, for a long time both as landlords and tenants and they are great. Never, ever had a small issue, they are attentive, accurate and trustworthy, always quick in responding to any question or matter. Sarah is just amazing, always smiling and polite, a great professional and Oskar as well, a great guy. They are really good in trying to do the best both for tenants and landlord, I really appreciate their dedication and passion.

GLP and Shanaz were the best by a long shot!

Shanaz was absolutely great. She listened to what we need - a flat that fits our needs but also those of our little Yorkie - and worked hard to help us find the right place. Even though we were very picky, she was patient and offered constructive advice. We ended up with a wonderful flat all because of her help! We worked with several estate agents and GLP was the best by a long shot!

Very bad experience！ I have been without broadband for a month since I moved, the root of the problem was that GLP wouldn't help me get the wayleave agreement from the landlord, I sent many emails to the agent Marc to resolve the issue, Marc just hastily told me he also couldn't contact the landlord either. Finally, I got the landlord's contact information through Google, kept emailing and calling, and finally got the wayleave agreement from the landlord yesterday, GLP barely helped me solve the problem, and now they don't even reply to my emails. If GLP had any sense of responsibility, things wouldn't have dragged on for as long as a month. It's not a very difficult problem, it's just that GLP is not willing to help the tenants.

Awful Experience

Shocked by the reviews on here as my experience with GLP was horrendous from start to finish. My property manager was consistently rude, unhelpful and slow with any responses and throughout my time I had the feeling like there was no care in the world for me. Will be telling all I know to not rent through GLP as I wouldn't want anyone else to share my experience.
