I wanted to say a big thank to GLP and particularly to Marcus for helping me to find such a lovely apartment so quickly. His responsiveness, clear explanations, and genuine care made the whole experience really positive. Thanks also to Jessica who was also very efficient. GoogleWhen I was looking for a flat I enquired about quite a few and spoke to many agents. I have to say, Shanaz was by far the most professional in handling everything. If all agents in general, and at GLP, are like her then the world would be a much better place. I look forward to working with her in the future.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this agency. The flat I received was in a disgusting state: black mold in multiple areas, mice infestation, and practically everything in the property was broken and nothing was cleaned when I moved in. Despite having the property professionally cleaned when I moved out, the agency had the audacity to deduct money from my deposit. You are better off finding another agency.

I have now let out two properties through GLP and have found the service they provide to be excellent. Rob and his team were prompt, courteous and effective throughout the process - ensuring I got in the best quality tenants who have taken care of my properties and they have really taken the headache out of the whole letting process. Well worth the fees, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

GoogleShanaz with GLP was a huge help to me as I looked for a property to rent a property in London as part of an international transfer. She was extremely communicative and kept me up to date on the process and walked me through all the necessary procedures, which were new to me as an American. I would highly recommend her!

Shanaz is amazing. I was quite nervous about the process of moving my flat, considering I was given a short notice from my previous landlord to move out. Shanaz walked me through step-by-step process, made sure I viewed the right properties , and offered expert advice that helped me through the move process. And, she found me my new flat under a week. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Honestly, the best realtor ever. Highly recommend. Thank you again Shanaz.

GLP Bloomsbury is an outstanding resource if you are trying to find a flat in London. Coming from the USA, I was concerned to find a trustworthy company that would assist with finding, negotiating and managing the entire process of finding a place to call home for the next year. GLP completely exceeded my expectations! Becky and Jess are top notch professionals who provide incredible customer service! They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. I would recommend them to everyone!

I couldn't recommend Aisling more. She helped me move in and was so on top of the paperwork and contracts. I never had to chase her up or ask her to do something twice. I would definitely tell anyone who wants a no hassle arrangement to go Greater London properties and ask for Aisling because me and my family would have been lost without her.

Listed my property in May, had an offer 2 weeks later, and now completed. Having bought and sold a few properties over the years I can confidently say that GLP have been the best agent I have used by far. Rob gave a very accurate pitch to me at the start. Oskar did a wonderful job on the marketing and a special shout out to Dan, who did the sales and was on the ball throughout ensuring the process went smoothly. Highly recommended.

I was in contact with Becky Hill, and I can definitely recommend her. Becky made the difficult task of finding a flat in central London so much easier. She would update me on news properties as soon as they came to market, and reply emails very promptly (which seems to be very rare with state agents nowadays!). She made booking viewings super easy, and was very patience and pleasant all the time, being able to answer all the questions I had about the properties in earnest.

We rented our flat out through various agencies over the past 10 yrs. We kept changing cause we were never happy. A neighbor mentioned GLP that he knew someone who was very happy with them. Said they were smaller and more focused than the bigger agencies. We tried them and never looked back. They go above and beyond. We eventually sold our flat and the sales team were equally wonderful. Leaving this review as a thank you for all they did for us over the years. Great company, great people and great service. Thank you all at GLP.

She showed me the property with detailed explanation in professional ways and the flat I viewed is also in perfect condition, it’s good to work with GLP and will definitely go find them with potential needs for lettings.
