She handled everything with care, from coordinating repairs with the right contractors to staying extremely responsive and attentive throughout the process. My experience with Greater London Properties was a wonderful one entirely due to the exemplary service of Shanaz and Lesley who were in turn patient, knowledgeable, friendly and very customer focused. Both were able to go above and beyond to enable my rental of a residential flat to go ahead smoothly and without a hitch. I would without doubt strongly recommend Greater London Properties and in particular Shanaz and Lesley and so would not hesitate to use Greater London Properties again if required.

Ben was incredibly kind, patient, and always happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small. He guided us through every step of the process with clarity and care, and his support made all the difference. What really stood out was Ben's diligence and proactiveness. As soon as we expressed interest in the flat, he wasted no time in submitting our proposal. Thanks to his efficiency, we got approval from the landlord in record time! She immediately knew what I was looking for after one house viewing, and managed to forward me many great properties that fit my expectations perfectly. Having dealt with other lettings companies, I’ve been wary of renting in London. However, I’ve been renting from GLP for the past year, and they have been nothing if not excellent. Becky was extremely supportive and fast in helping me find a flat, and was professional and honest with me throughout the whole process. After moving in, Natasha has been a superb property manager, and has been highly efficient, quick, and helpful with the few issues that arose. When my contract came up for renewal, Natasha was extremely responsive, followed up my queries quickly, keeping me informed throughout the process, and was highly understanding and accommodating with my requirements. In all our communications, she was professional while maintaining a human touch, something I greatly appreciated and have rarely seen with other letting companies. The renting process with GLP was extremely easy, straightforward, and professional, and with an exceptional staff, I would highly recommend renting from them.

Renting a flat in London for the first time, I noticed a listing on Rightmove in Bloomsbury, I send in an inquiry. The next day GLP agent Grace called and scheduled a viewing for me. Everything went well from there on. Grace is professional, courteous, and very helpful. She also gave us a second viewing so my husband could see it. We are so glad that we met her. Also, GLP (Jessica) seems very thorough in terms of checking our references and verifying all of our documents.

GoogleI have rented a property with them for two years and throughout my time there Victoria has been a great help! Always prompt to reply to emails and with a good connection to the landlord, she always managed to sort any issues we had super promptly. If you can try and get her as your agent, because even if she is off she will make sure you have someone else to talk to who can sort stuff out for you.
