TrustpilotGood viewing but at massive effort to set up
Essentially, the agent Marcus was pleasant and knowledgable enough, the viewing experience was great. But it took such a huge effort on my part to actually make the viewing happen which was hugley frustrating. I requested a call back three times over three days until something finally happened. In central london this delay can often mean the difference between finding and loosing a great place.

Regarding my view of the property, I was rather uncomfortable where they arrange at least a few reviews at the same time. I thought it was purposely created a constraint for the viewer to make an offer. It might be as a business model by the GLP Bloomsbury agent but it is not satisfactory for a client point of view. I could make an offer but I have decided not too.Although property consultant was a kind and friendly environment, where branch created, is not desirable,

Unfortunately, the current tenant only provided us with a one-hour window in which to carry out viewings and we have to respect their privacy and be accommodating as we are entering their home. I am sure Becky will have told you the market is very busy at the moment and as such on occasions like this where there are multiple people wishing to view this can happen. I can see that you had fifteen minutes to view the property and ask questions which is not always ideal, but some people take only a few minutes to view a property.If you remain interested in this or any other properties, we would of course be delighted to show you them and where possible will be able to give you as much time as you need to view. Please do rest assured it is not a sales tactic we want all applicants to feel comfortable and have a good experience with us. TrustpilotOffer was accepted and agent was still receiving other offers
Made an offer, was told by the agent it was accepted by the landlord and was gonna charge the deposit fee and start referencing process, then TEN MINUTES LATER the agent tells me they got another offer so mine was turned down unless I offered more money than the other person. When I asked how much more the other person offered the agent wouldn't tell me, so I end up losing the apartment in a moment where I was in much need of moving. When I was told in the end how much the other person offered I said I could match it but still the agent went with the other person despite telling me my offer was accepted. By the way, the agent had already all of my documents, including passport information and bank statements, which never even offered to return. Completely unprofessional behaviour. Would never recommend this agency and of course if I ever find that anyone I appreciate is considering their services I will advice against it completely.

Her knowledge, advice and professionalism were invaluable from the first phone call through to the valuation and ultimately new tenants taking possession. Really impressed with these guys. Not at all like the stereotypical estate agents. Supremely knowledgeable about everything in their office area (Soho in this case) from rates, to freeholders (and attitude to renovations), to building contractors, to the properties themselves (what you can and can’t do to them). Also they are incredibly helpful and responsive generally - I’m dealing with Oskar and he’s exceptional (think my wife and daughter would like to adopt him!). Anyway I can’t recommend GLP highly enough at this stage of the buying process. Glad to be dealing with them (and I never thought I would be saying that about an estate agent LOL)

I´m a person who is moving from Madrid to London and Alex and Sarah have been very helpful for weeks before I actually arrived in London to view some properties. They kept me updated with new properties coming into the market almost on a daily basis and Alex called me several times (while I was still in Madrid) to explain the procedures and the documentation they would need on my side (I had a lot of doubts and concerns) if I decided to rent any of their properties.Yesterday I met with Alex in London and he show me 4 of their properties, while he explained things about the surrounding area, public transport, etc. I believe I´ll be putting an offer in one of the properties.Thank you very much.Charo.

Average experience. Good apartment but agent wasn't well prepared for the viewing.Prompt reply via email for request to view property. Agent though was not well prepared for the viewing and did not know a couple of key questions such as the council tax band for the property or the surface area. They told me to look it up myself and that there was a floorplan on the site. The property was nice and clean and the pictures were accurate. The agent then mistook me for another client and mistakenly sent me a reminder to submit a reservation form which I never discussed with them.

They are greatly misleading buyers by advertising properties in their window and website that sold and closed months ago. Even after alterting them to this fact, they still continue to mislead buyers into thinking the have more stock than they actually do.Communications when making offer is poor. Over a week went by where we heard absolutely nothing. Not even a proactive "the seller is still considering it". Finally, the Agent failed to keep contact with us after we were unsuccessful even though we are ready to buy, and if not the original property we placed an offer for, but another.
