Really impressed with these guys. Not at all like the stereotypical estate agents. Supremely knowledgeable about everything in their office area (Soho in this case) from rates, to freeholders (and attitude to renovations), to building contractors, to the properties themselves (what you can and can’t do to them). Also they are incredibly helpful and responsive generally - I’m dealing with Oskar and he’s exceptional (think my wife and daughter would like to adopt him!). Anyway I can’t recommend GLP highly enough at this stage of the buying process. Glad to be dealing with them (and I never thought I would be saying that about an estate agent LOL)

I´m a person who is moving from Madrid to London and Alex and Sarah have been very helpful for weeks before I actually arrived in London to view some properties. They kept me updated with new properties coming into the market almost on a daily basis and Alex called me several times (while I was still in Madrid) to explain the procedures and the documentation they would need on my side (I had a lot of doubts and concerns) if I decided to rent any of their properties.Yesterday I met with Alex in London and he show me 4 of their properties, while he explained things about the surrounding area, public transport, etc. I believe I´ll be putting an offer in one of the properties.Thank you very much.Charo.

Average experience. Good apartment but agent wasn't well prepared for the viewing.Prompt reply via email for request to view property. Agent though was not well prepared for the viewing and did not know a couple of key questions such as the council tax band for the property or the surface area. They told me to look it up myself and that there was a floorplan on the site. The property was nice and clean and the pictures were accurate. The agent then mistook me for another client and mistakenly sent me a reminder to submit a reservation form which I never discussed with them.

They are greatly misleading buyers by advertising properties in their window and website that sold and closed months ago. Even after alterting them to this fact, they still continue to mislead buyers into thinking the have more stock than they actually do.Communications when making offer is poor. Over a week went by where we heard absolutely nothing. Not even a proactive "the seller is still considering it". Finally, the Agent failed to keep contact with us after we were unsuccessful even though we are ready to buy, and if not the original property we placed an offer for, but another.

Maureen and Elisa were especially helpful in the process of finding a new flat. Kudos to both of them for being very accommodating and making the process ever so seamless.

We rented our flat out through various agencies over the past 10 yrs. We kept changing cause we were never happy. A neighbor mentioned GLP that he knew someone who was very happy with them. Said they were smaller and more focused than the bigger agencies. We tried them and never looked back. They go above and beyond. We eventually sold our flat and the sales team were equally wonderful. Leaving this review as a thank you for all they did for us over the years. Great company, great people and great service. Thank you all at GLP.

Oskar gave us a lot of information on the apartment, its history, what was included and excluded etc while we were looking around. He was more knowledgeable than many other agents when answering questions about the length of the lease, porterage, freeholder etc and had obviously done his homework. He was happy to show us the roof terrace, and went the extra mile by hunting out the caretaker so that we could ask about his duties.

Having not heard great things about London estate agents, I was absolutely bowled over by the personal involvement and good will of Rob Hill and Oskar Riessbacher from Greater London Properties. At all times I felt they offered generous impartial advice, and saw through all the arrangements with perfect polite persistence to make sure that all parties (in the end it was we who were a bit delayed) completed on time.I cannot recommend too highly.

I found Becky Hill from the very beginning to be honest, straightforward and incredibly helpful.Unlike other estate agents from other companies Beckyspoke to me with great clarity and I new I could trust her and discuss any issues about renting my flat with her. Within 48 hours we had tenant and everything went a head without any hitches. Her colleague Valerie Vong proved to be equally professional and informative.I couldn’t recommend GLP and Becky And Val highly enough.
