"The Best"

I have been a landlord for many years and the property managers have been good. Joe at GLP is not good, he is exceptional. He is super efficient and very accommodating. Whatever the issue I always have a swift response and accurate information. He is incredibly helpful and can always find an acceptable solution. I can say without any hesitation that he is by far the best property manger I know and a shining star at GLP. Thank you Joe for looking after my property with such honesty and professionalism.

We've been working with GLP, the Soho office, for a long time both as landlords and tenants and they are great. Never, ever had a small issue, they are attentive, accurate and trustworthy, always quick in responding to any question or matter. Sarah is just amazing, always smiling and polite, a great professional and Oskar as well, a great guy. They are really good in trying to do the best both for tenants and landlord, I really appreciate their dedication and passion.

I recently tried to use this estate agent to rent a property in Central London. I was misinformed and mislead throughout the process, they initially offered a 12 month contract as I only needed the place for a year, then insisted that the contract had to be 36 months in length (presumably to drum up more commission from the unknowing landlord). After sending bank statements, proof of home ownership etc., I had to pull out at the contract stage as they refused to alter the contract length to what they initially offered; wasted two weeks of my time where I could've been looking for another place. GLP and Shanaz were the best by a long shot!

Shanaz was absolutely great. She listened to what we need - a flat that fits our needs but also those of our little Yorkie - and worked hard to help us find the right place. Even though we were very picky, she was patient and offered constructive advice. We ended up with a wonderful flat all because of her help! We worked with several estate agents and GLP was the best by a long shot!

I've lived in London for 15 years and moved flat about 10 times and I have to say Alex is the best estate agent I've dealt with! He was extremely courteous and helpful, changed a viewing time at short notice to accommodate us, was extremely well informed about the flat and helped to get our offer accepted and forms dealt with promptly. Lydia was very efficient, friendly and helpful with the contract paperwork. We're delighted with out flat and the service we have received.

Awful Experience

Shocked by the reviews on here as my experience with GLP was horrendous from start to finish. My property manager was consistently rude, unhelpful and slow with any responses and throughout my time I had the feeling like there was no care in the world for me. Will be telling all I know to not rent through GLP as I wouldn't want anyone else to share my experience.
