My experience with GLP started in 2019 finding my first flat. Marcus Williams helped me find 2 flats in the last 6 years and each time truly listened to what I needed and expected, he was amazing to work with and other agents just don’t compare! My flat manager Marc Hughes has easily been the best flat manager I could ask for over the last 5 years living in Soho. He was always prompt to respond to problems, put me in touch with the right people in maintenance, and was at hand to answer my stupid questions that were most likely in the handbook.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
The property, viewing, offer process, and holding deposit procedure were fully explained to you before any action was taken. No funds were taken permanently, the holding deposit remained in a pending state while the offer was being considered, exactly as outlined to you. Once your offer was not accepted by the landlord, the pending transaction was cancelled shortly afterwards on the same day.
This was also not the first time you had been through this process with us, as you previously made an offer through our agency last year and were satisfied with the procedure at that time.
We take customer service seriously and do not recognise the description of our staff member, Yasmin, who acted professionally throughout. We would also ask that communication with our team remains respectful at all times, as the aggressive and confrontational manner of the phone conversations caused a considerable amount of unnecessary stress to our colleague.
At no point were any funds withheld unfairly, and we reject the suggestion that tenants’ money is “held” improperly.
We wish you the very best in finding a suitable property.
