I talked to almost every agency in London and this one was super cool. When I started looking for a flat they stood out with their beautiful and well-furnished flats. The other important aspect to me was how consultants interact with customers.Before getting the flat I was with another agency but when my partner saw that Greater London Properties are renting it as well, we immediately reached out to them since we knew how nice were their consultants.The Property Consultant Shanaz Syed was super nice, caring, and honest. She was very helpful in finding the right place. Jessica Tonoli took care of the required documents and I feel grateful for her professional work.I highly recommend them!

Shanaz and the whole team and GLP have been wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the flat I found with her help, but also the friendliness, the guidance on every step, the responsiveness before and after the move have been stunning to me. I had the best experience with Becky and Jess. They were both very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had during the process from beginning to end. Shanaz is such a professional and warm-hearted person. I was in a rush to find a place after moving out from the university accommodation. Shanaz introduced the best options which met my needs and finally I found my ideal dream room! She always works hard and responds my questions even in offtime. Disorganised agency and bad communication.

I have had a very bad experience with Alex Escott, after making an offer for a property through Greater London Properties (GLP). GLP has taken more than 10 days to process my documents and send a final contract. Additionally, Alex Escott was not responsive and made the whole process even slower. Therefore I did not receive the keys on the expected move-in date. When I complained about the agency being slow on the phone, Alex told me that they had too many applications and could not be more productive. After that, he hung up on me. I find it unacceptable to communicate with tenants this way. The GLP Agency is overwhelmed with applications and very inefficient at processing documents.

Shanaz was an absolute superstar in helping me move to Soho! We viewed a number of flats and stayed in touch, and it was eventually the flat Shanaz recommended that I loved the most. I want to say a huge thank you to Shanaz for helping me finding an amazing flat. I needed to secure a flat quickly and because I couldn’t physically see the flats I wasn’t sure whether I would be able to find one. My friend who has used GLP before recommended Shanaz as they said she was phenomenal- and they were absolutely right!! She was so considerate, kind and patient. She sent me so many properties and video tours, she made sure they were thorough videos inside and outside of the flat. If I had any questions, she would get back to me ASAP. I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. 20/10!!
