GoogleVery efficient agency , Razieh and Jessica are a great team and managed to get us a lovely flat at a time where there was very little on the market that was appealing or within budget .

Very bad experience！I have been without broadband for a month since I moved, the root of the problem was that GLP wouldn't help me get the assignment agreement from the landlord, I sent many emails to the agent Marc to resolve the issue, Marc just hastily told me he couldn't contact the landlord either. Finally, I got the landlord's contact information through Google, kept emailing and calling, and finally got the wayleave agreement from the landlord yesterday, GLP barely helped me solve the problem, and now they don't even reply to my emails. If GLP had any sense of responsibility, things wouldn't have dragged on for as long as a month.It's not a very difficult problem, it's just that GLP is not willing to help the tenants.

Bad service. Wasn’t even told about the status of a flat I was due to view in a few days, which was about to be let. Turns out 2 hours before my viewing I was told that the flat had already been let, despite my explicit interest expressed in the property. I don’t find this kind of service professional in the slightest.

I didn't feel as though they were trying too hard to sell me on the place though - which I guess is due to rentals in London being so high demand that it's not necessary. Still it would have been nice to get a little more information and enthusiasm.Generally fine though.Replies to emails were very prompt though.

Such a wonderful real estate company! I have had a viewing with Becky from GLP in 2020 and since then I’ve always contacted her anytime I was looking at moving: they are reliable, listen to your requirement and make sure to follow up with you! Had a great experience with Razieh and Becky today and can only hope that GLP keeps training their agents as well as these two!

After leaving my apartment, they started to ignore my emails requesting electricity meter reading which I need to close my electricity account. It was not on the check-out report and not accessible from the apartment.Update: As of Sep. 3rd still no response. Regarding the reply for glp, the tenant does not have access to the meter as already mentioned.

Professional and responsive - Happy LandlordI'm very pleased to have chosen GLP to help me rent out my Soho property. Working with the team whether it is Sarah, Rob, Marc or others, each are professional, responsive and have the best interests of both the landlord and tenant at heart. It's the kind of company you want to work with as a landlord and I would say it's probably the kind of company you'd want to rent from as a tenant.They keep me informed along the way meaning that if there's ever an issue with the property, I can be quickly notified and agree a fix so that the tenant remains happy.When finding new tenants for my property, the team has been great and getting someone in quickly and at the asking price.
