She answered all of our questions in the earnest and explained to us all the process. Becky was great, highly recommend her!

TrustpilotMislead by not being told that I was wrong about top floor
Before the viewing, I shared with the agent on a phone call that I believed that the property we were discussing was on the TOP floor. He had a chance to inform me that I was not right on that very call, but he didn't. This led to me coming over to see a property that was not what I was looking for, i.e. not the top floor flat.
We appreciate your feedbackGLP

Razieh Hadian and Jessica Tonoli are an all-star agents. At last minute's notice, Razieh helped me find a 1-bed flat to rent right around the corner from the Marble Arch. With Razieh’s guidance and persuasion skills, I was able to place a competitive offer.Jessica then helped me with gathering all the necessary documents for the application, I was impressed by her proactivity, attention to details and availability. Excellent agency with very helpful and friendly professionals, thank you again.

I received an excellent service from the GLP team. They took the time to understand my requirements and even suggested things I hadn’t thought of myself. They short listed a number of options for me to look at. We discussed each property on viewing and I ended loving and purchasing the 2nd one. It was so easy and hassle free and I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone!

Razy and Jessica have been outstanding in helping me to find a flat in Bloomsbury. Razy offered a very complete and proffessional video viewing of the flat, as I was unable to attend in person. She answered all my questions promptly, also researched about my queries to the landlord. Finally, Razi and Jessica both have helped me very efficiently with the necessary paperwork. I really recommend their services.
