One of the most reliable agent we have come a cross! My partner and I decided to start to look for property in London, as we finally move back from Gibraltar to London and as we have lived in Bloomsbury , decided to see what is available with our budget in London. We are dealing with Oskar Riessbacher (GLB). And we are extremely happy with his services. He is not a typical estate agent. He did listen us before hand what our needs/requirements were, and when we viewed the properties, he clearly understood our needs. For example while we were viewing properties he drop one of the properties (not wasting our time) as he realized it would not have been suitable for us. Oskar's manners are very professional and he really had studied each property before hand so all our questions were answered So many times we have had agents who have replied for most of our questions: I will find out and come back later (and often, no reply at all). We can highly recommend GLP to customers who do not want their time wasted and wants their questions to replied there and then! An excellent, professional service

We had a particular requirement to house some key personnel at short notice and their excellent senior property consultant Shanaz Syed quickly identified our needs and found two perfect properties without the need to trawl through multiple options. Shanaz promptly negotiated with landlords and all documentation was provided and completed with her very professional backroom staff. Would not hesitate to use GLP again.

A friend recommended GLP and I was put in touch with Property Consultant, Becky Hill. Knowing I was in need of finding a flat after my B&B was closing down due to the spread of corona virus, Becky responded to my emails right away, and replied quickly to all the questions I had about possible flat rental. She provided videos of the spaces as I was unable to see them in person, as well as details about the process, pricing, etc. Once I chose a flat, she kept in close touch with me about last-minute details I needed, and she connected me quite quickly with the agent with whom I needed to sign a rental agreement. Her help was invaluable. It was great to work with such a consummate professional who was concerned, as I was, in finding a flat in such an uncertain time just before the UK lockdown. I will always appreciate her friendliness, resourcefulness, and help in moving the process along quite quickly. The entire process only took one week. Becky saved me by helping me find a great place to live while I'm here in London!

Extremely unprofessional! every member of the team in the office in soho has been rude or ignoring the basics of customer service, after you sign the contract they just leave you to whatever you signed for and if you have issues with the property like I had, they just won't care anymore.
