Using GetGround for buy to retal properties

I have been referred to GetGround by my local investment advisor as a one-stop accounting company to handle our buy-to-rent investment property in the UK. Our financial advisor also made use of them and recommended GetGround after years of successful dealings. We have a lot of respect for our advisor and thus we were not hesitant to try GetGround. Their monthly are reasonable and included the submission of annual accounts, advice, and assistance with the monthly money transfers for their services, etc. Their electronic platform made the submission of documents very easy, they also held a webinar to explain the processes before submission. Multi-step security ensured that we never had any account compromised. They are always quick to respond to questions and queries and have proved themselves to be trustworthy and professional. I was phoned by one of their employees shortly after making initial contact, and everything was well explained to me. They handled our Business Registration process professionally and effectively. They also regularly advertise property investment opportunities in line with our current investment.

Great service, honest and helpful

We use getground for our business needs (investment properties). They have been great from the start, and delivered on what they promised when they pitched the service to us. They are very responsive, great customer care, have an easy-to-use website and overall are great. They always respond when we contact them and work to resolve our requests/issues/etc. And they are decently priced, which is a bonus (you don't feel ripped off, and for the service it's great value). Would definitely recommend.

After investing in my first property during lock down in 2020, I was one of those investors whose property did not get built at the expected time of build in 2022. I was very fortunate to choose GetGround as my accountants as they waived off my monthly subscription costs due to the issues of delayed build and helped me every step of the way especially when the platform was sending me alerts. I cannot explain how fantastic, uplifting and professional their service has been till date and how much effort they put in to make sure my customer experience journey was above all my expectations. Get Ground has been a great choice

I have now registered/Used getground with two properties and though there were a couple of follow ups to get the company set up the customer service and genuine interest in finding a solution to your circumstance makes using getground such a good experience. The platform is very easy to use and organised to see where you are with your companies. Over the year i have already seen new offers and service and a real drive to provide a great LTD solution for property investors. I look forward to closing a year with them to have a full experience (tax, accounting, etc)

I’ve dealing with GetGround since Sep 2022. Have open already not one but two companies with them. The experience has been great so far. Joe Carbonaro at the beginning to understand the business model and the process. And lately with Jessica Holt dealing with some issues regarding contracts and solicitors. I have recommended GetGround to other friends and also have had positive experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to setup a company for property investment.

They always offer timely feedback when I emailed to their gethelp email. Usually receive their reply within 24 hours or less. The staff is in-the-know and very helpful. I rely on them for filing my accounting documents for taxing purpose (because my case is relatively simple). This time even though they advised that my company account cannot accept cheque they suggested some alternatives for my reference.
