Disappointed with GetGround. It's an appealing business model. However, it's poorly executed. I've tried about 5 times to have a call with them to discuss their offering. They continue to apologise and offer to do better next time. Before failing to contact me again. I have them one final chance, which they duly missed today. Not a bad idea, but these people are not professionals, which indicates to me that the rest of their work will be subpar.

Hi, I have met with various people from GG team, and I must say they are very professional, knowledgable, and easy going. They are extremely busy which one can appreciate with everything they are doing but they keep 'YOU' at the centre of their attention, and even if things go south they will make sure all possible options are discussed and guidance are delivered to help you. GetGround made the initial setting up an LLC and related bank account extremely simple, and filed the necessary registration documents with Company House and the UK tax authorities.Since the property purchase, they have provided an extremely convenient method to upload invoices and income documents against the relevant transactions in the LLC bank account. And they promptly prepared and filed annual UK tax return for the LLC.
