GoogleTheir customer service is generally very good, although I'm a bit disappointed a property agent never came back to me after an initial meeting. The app is very easy to use although when filing accounts if you need to explain something further the online system isn't really set up for this. Perhaps this could be improved.

GoogleKeeps sending me scammy phishing emails. The pics of the employees looks dubious to say the least. Best avoided obviously. Thank me later. They are so into getting you signed up, milking you and then ignoring you.

I'm relatively new to GetGround, but I'm very impressed so far. Good interface, and in a few clicks (and a couple of hundred quid) you get your own property SPV company WITH a built-in bank account. Anyone who has wrestled through opening bank accounts for small businesses with many high street banks will know that it can be a nightmare, so just the automated built-in bank account for me is a MASSIVE selling point worth the fee several times over.

GoogleWe came into a significant sum of money and decided to invest in property, having completed some research we selected an off-plan BTL flat. We first learned of GetGround through a recommendation, their specialists advised us that we could set-up a LTD company to purchase the property which provided multiple benefits such as reduction in personal liability, favourable tax structure and dedicated support for all accountancy and legal paperwork. Setting up the LTD company was quick, easy and painless. I believe it took no longer than a couple of weeks for us to access our dashboard, the new company account, and for the company to show on Companies House. Due to a difficult purchase journey, through no fault of GetGrounds, we decided to sell the company. The GetGround team liaised with us on what our sale expectations were, our red lines, and how we wanted to proceed. They then found a buyer for us quickly. The GetGround team supported us throughout the sale journey, even though this took longer than expected - again through no fault of GetGround. They provided weekly updates throughout the journey, and we felt like they 'had our back' when other parties in the chain were not being co-operative; our best interests were at the very heart of the transaction and GetGround repeatedly took it upon themselves to tackle challenges on our behalf. The platform is an excellent tool and provides a one-stop-shop for everything that one could need to run the company, queries were responded to very promptly, aided by their own in-house legal specialists. If we were to return to the property buying business, we would absolutely use GetGround again.
