TrustpilotInitial impression is good but need more time to observe
I have started using GetGround for above 2 weeks, initial feeling is they are responsive but need more time to observe if the service is sustainable in the longer term. One suggestion is if they can have dedicated people as point of contact for different areas, it would be great.

I’ve dealing with GetGround since Sep 2022. Have open already not one but two companies with them. The experience has been great so far. Joe Carbonaro at the beginning to understand the business model and the process. And lately with Jessica Holt dealing with some issues regarding contracts and solicitors. I have recommended GetGround to other friends and also have had positive experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to setup a company for property investment.

The team was good and were helpful once reached but the challenge is only reaching out to them since it is mostly call back and sometimes the call back either get missed or not on a convenient time and hope that can be looked at and will improve the whole customer service experience.

GoogleThey are not transparent with their pricing. Once signed up they advised pricing did not include VAT. Then increase pricing a few weeks after joining. Finding it difficult to trust this company.

Since launching GetGround, we’ve always worked hard to keep our prices as low as possible, aiming to deliver the best possible product and service to our customers, for the best possible value. While we’ve only ever lowered our prices in the past, with current inflation nearing or over 10% for more than a year now, we’ve made this change (from £19+VAT to £21.99+VAT) to enable our high levels of service to continue and for our business to grow. Our prices are always presented alongside VAT, which is displayed across our website, marketing materials and from our sales consultants. They always offer timely feedback when I emailed to their gethelp email. Usually receive their reply within 24 hours or less. The staff is in-the-know and very helpful. I rely on them for filing my accounting documents for taxing purpose (because my case is relatively simple). This time even though they advised that my company account cannot accept cheque they suggested some alternatives for my reference.

I was introduced through a 3rd party to create a vehicle for my property investment, and Joe at GG took the time to explain the process, reasons for using GG, and answer all the questions I had.The platform is easy to understand and user friendly, which is great for a novice like myself.
