GoogleThe worst service ever. You start out thinking everything will be simple and taken care of. The reality is the agents keep changing, you have no idea what's going on, and your finances will forever be in the dark and you will forever be confused and ignored. Stay away.

GetGround’s accounting service is superb. I simply upload all the rental statements, expense receipts and relevant bank statements to verify rental income and they will handle the tax filing. At the end, I just need to pay the tax due by secure bank transfer following simple instructions.

I’ve had a terrible experience with GetGround. They wasted 4 months of my time across one new purchase mortgage and three remortgage applications, only to reject them in the end without any proper explanation.

Great product, great service, great team! The guys at Get Ground were super helpful, and managed to get me all set up really quickly. My mortgage broker needed me to have my LTD bank account details at hand so we could lock in the interest rate we had found, and we were under major pressure with the rates rising. However, the team dealt with my request immediately and managed to get things turned around in record time so I could secure the rate. Very impressed with how easy it's all been, and how efficient their set up is! I have, and will continue to recommended their services.

They hook you in then ramp up their fees once your with themWe've had our 2nd price increase in less than 6 months. Our fees have increased by almost 100%. Not happy at allEDITHarry kindly called me up and offered me a 3 months discount as compensation for the increase. I gladly took it, but im still not altogether happy with the situation and I will most likely change to another supplier soon
Hi Jon,Thank you for reaching out to us regarding our new subscription pricing.The recent change is simply due to a significant increase in fees by Companies House, with some rising by as much as 300% (more information about this increase here).Unfortunately, we are not able to take on the increased costs and the additional work the system changes at companies have required whilst maintaining the same level of service. However, we do appreciate that no one wants a pricing change and we have tried to keep the price increase to a minimum, our standard subscription is now £29 (+VAT) a month instead of £21.98 (+VAT).We do not take decisions to change our fees lightly and have only raised our subscription fee once before, in June 2023. We remain committed to offering affordable services for property investors and are confident we remain one of the most competitive options.Our customer service team have reached out to you and would be more than happy to discuss your concerns further if that would be helpful.

Terrible company, prices went up considerably and when we tried to leave they made it very difficult for us to do so and our new accountants could rarely get in touch with them. Overall, would NOT recommend.

Both Joe and Conor are brilliant. Conor was extremely helpful in connecting us with GetGround, helping us understand the building and organising our masterclass with Joe. The masterclass with Joe was excellent and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to start out.Joe was amazing at explaining all of our options and how different structures would and could work. We asked what felt like a million questions and Joe was able to answer each one with in-depth knowledge and examples. We came away with a solid action plan and complete confidence in taking the next steps. Thanks both!

I have had both good and bad experiences with Getground. They are very nice and helpful when they sell you something. But if you need help with something, they can ignore you.

I’m giving one star because their customer services is outstanding. They start off really friendly to sign you on but once you’re signed on, then you realise that there’s so much you cannot do and don’t get me started with the HIDDEN COSTS. I have paid so much for a service I have not used, and I’m talking a lot of hundreds pounds plus VAT. They charge you for practically speaking to them. Some lenders had to pull out because they didn’t understand their policy to have one property under one company, now I understand that this is just a way for them to charge you more, nothing else. I would definitely not recommend them as what they offer can be provided by any bank for way cheaper or free. Terminating the contract has a high cost which is not shared in the contract documents that you sign to join.. Seriously don’t bother, be warned and warn others.

We had a couple hiccups initially on GetGround with a developer pulling out of a sale after details were agreed & without much communication.Sarah Robson stepped in afterwards and helped facilitate a different acquisition and was always available to support with queries. Always felt like there was someone at GetGround I could speak to, thanks to Sarah. Really useful during the acquisition process!

Setting up a company and bank account in a foreign country will be daunting at the best of times. But Bianca has been super helpful as she was able to guide me through the entire process and even helped me with my initial test transfers of funds into the company account.
