it is a mixed bag, but overall, a 3. the platform looks snazzy, and 'easy' to use and navigate. however, there are pitfalls and info shortage for 1st time users. the support team is useful, however, you never get a dedicated service person with a dedicated email address. everything goes thru the generic email address, rather frustrating. and replies can take a while. lastly, i had inaccurate tasks listed under the TASKS column for a long time (one is still there). again, for a first time user, this is infinitely infuriating and confusing.

Impressive support.

After being with GetGround for 12 months, it was time to submit my annual filings. I received all my documentation, but wanted to understand it better. Accounting wise they’re generally quite good. Communication however not so much. It can take days at a time to get a response to emails and WhatsApp messages are usually ignored completely. When buying at auction for example this is not good enough, these things move fast and delays from GetGround can mean missing out on opportunities. Fix this issue and it would be 5 stars - especially as my subscription fees have gone from about £22 a month to over £40 in the space of 2.5 years

My company set up by get ground was struck off and I didn’t even know about it. Theres no constructive communication… just a call centre in the Philippines - they have no idea what they’re doing and are costing me more money than it’s worth plus fines. There’s no duty of care. Stay away

Currently a client of GG, I have asked a no. Of questions, which on 1 or 2 of which, I would like some quick replies to make an informed decision. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to get an answer to a simple question. Account filing was fine for last year's submissions, I signed in the hope I've found a decent accountant. Might be too early to tell yet, but the signs aren't looking great.

Where to start? Both Joe and and Sarah were fantastic! Overpromise underdelivery GG is good at what they are supposed to do (comopany set up and accounting) but hardly anything further from what they claim.. Property sourcing is questionable.. mortgage service cannot be worst.. difficult to access your account manager and by chance both of the account managers of myself ans my son are super busy and if you send them a time sensitive question expect yo hear back in one or two weeks.. you will see another thing before subscription.. regret 80%
