Our washing machine had shown signs of mould. When I've contacted Get Living they sent around Eddie from their maintenance team the next day. He installed a brand new washing machine for us. If I could give -1 stars…. I would. If you work hard for your money, do not come here! If you value your mental health and time, do not come here! If you value quality customer service, do not go here! After taking my holding deposit, they have refused to return it despite not providing a justification and true reason! Am I single mother of 4, a holding deposit is a massive factor in mine and my children’s livelihood. Unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.

Avoid this lettings agent at all costs! They scammed us out of a significant holding deposit and rejected our application, claiming we were high risk based on dubious third-party referencing checks (for context: my credit score and finances were impeccable, far exceeding their affordability criteria). Despite this, they refused to return our holding deposit, leaving us without a home and out of pocket. They've profited without any effort, while we’re left struggling. This kind of unethical behaviour just shouldn’t be acceptable these days. Steer clear of these crooks!

Probably the worst property management company I have ever rented from. Putting the overpriced properties aside, Get Living London is chaotic and disorganised. There are particular individuals, some in management positions, who are entirely unreliable and incompetent, not to mention rude, tardy and aggressive. In my experience with Get Living London I have had maintenance issues repeatedly (and in some cases) deliberately ignored, lied to on numerous occasions and wrongly shouted at by an aggressive member of staff. Worst of all is when I have reported misconduct to them, it also gets ignored. There are better properties out there with better management companies who are more deserving of your time and money.

We submitted a maintenance request for one of our appliances that had developed a fault. Ryan came over the following day and had fixed the issues with no hassle and incredibly quickly. He has helped with a number of maintenance requests over the 5+ years we have lived here and has always been very professional and efficient, as well as wonderfully friendly (it's difficult not to smile when talking to him!).

Vadym from Get Living is so nice and incredible. I reached East Village at 10 p.m. around, but Vadym still helped me with all his patience and passion. At that time the reception was closed, so I couldn’t get the keys. However, he checked every details and confirmed everything so that I could get into my room. He also told me the receptionists’ hours when I can get my keys and did everything that he could do. He is such a kind and amazing staff!

Rebecca Ribeiro-Piper was super helpful when we moved into our new flat and really went above and beyond. The location is excellent and we are really happy with the new home.
