My role has been to collect my rent on a monthly basis while Garton Jones has looked after my flat. In particular, Shane Simpson, my Property Manager, has been a delight to work with.

GoogleHaving worked with Garton Jones in the search to rent an apartment, I can safely say that they are informative, helpful and efficient, with our lettings negotiator (Truc Trinh) going above and beyond to help my flatmates and I find an apartment best suited to our requirements. With their patience, ability to communicate and clarify any issues you may have without a hint of condescension (something that I personally have encountered from other agencies), I found them to be an invaluable asset in the process of house-hunting, and I strongly recommend their services.

FacebookBeware! Awful after service. At the end of tenancy they work very, very hard to keep as much as possible of your deposit. MAKE SURE you keep your own condition report with photos if possible! MAKE SURE you keep all receipts for all of improvements! Not nice to deal with.

they also send abusive unsolicited emails to members of the public and when you complain, they do nothing about it because its a family ran form and as such, none of them are actual professionals - hence why they hav such a low turnover

GoogleBeware !! Initially promise the world then take 4 months to repair the air conditioning blaming everyone else but themselves then try and charge for a replacement carpet because of the leaking air con!! Beware !! Before you start your tenancy do your own in 'condition report' and keep the proof/photos or GJ will try to insist that a 'redecoration' is due to keep all of your security deposit!! Even tried to charge us for an extra night rental although it was them that made the check out date appointment !! Don't usually leave poor reviews but these guys really don't care and play 'real hard ball' when you leave - BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
