GoogleI was assisted by Truc Trinh from Garton Jones a year ago and was extremely satisfied with her services. She took time to know what exactly i’m looking for, sent pictures and descriptions of a variety of offerings that suit my needs, and arranged for a couple of viewings. She was always on time, easily accessible, fast turnaround time of paper work and email inquiries, and most importantly i got the sense she was genuinely trying to balance my interests and the interests of the agency. At that time, i was in contact with a couple of real estate agents hunting for a flat and have truly sensed the difference when dealing with Garton Johns and more specifically Truc.

GoogleI have worked in the area for several years in one of the apartment blocks in which Garton Jones have flats that they manage. Michaela Garton in particular, who often visits, comes across as professional in her work but above all very friendly. She understands that working closely with the building staff to utilise their local and building knowledge can be beneficial to both future tenants and the agency. Her along with other members of Garton Jones have always been respectful, presentable, and helpful when they come to visit or attend a viewing. I have enjoyed working with Michaela and would recommend Garton Jones to anyone looking for a reliable Estate Agents in the area.

GoogleI now have several properties with Garton Jones, some of which are not necessarily within the catchment of their office yet they still manage to get me good long term professional tenants . more recently I've had to chase other agents for statements of rental accounts however these were always sent on time . Michaela and Joe and my main point of contacts and but really show their commitment to their profession. I usually have catch up drinks with my tenants and they too have found no break down in communications with them.

GoogleI first worked with Garton Jones 5 years ago when I let a flat through them. I found they were different to other estate agents in that they were always available to help with all matters in a timely manner and they seemed genuinely nice. Recently I called Holly at Garton Jones to valuate my current flat. She was extremely nice and efficient with all the info she provided on the first visit to my flat. She came prepared with a lot of knowledge on properties in the area, and I trust the advice she was giving me.

GoogleHaving dealt with so many underwhelming Estate agents in London, it was so refreshing to find a company who were personable, knowledgeable, gave great advice and frankly just a joy to deal with! Michaela Garton is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the area and the market and her team were so efficient at finding a tenant for me. The property management side is also fantastic (which is so rare in my experience with other agents!) - I cannot fault them at all. Highly recommend!

GoogleBad experience with this agency from beginning to the end. First they did not start their reference checks until 2 days before the tenancy was set to begin and threatened not to give the keys if the checks are not complete while at the same time charging the rent from day 1. Then they did not even know who the providers are for the flat, were pretty unresponsive to any issues with the flat. The response is usually "we manage over a thousand flats what do you want". Then at the end of the tenancy this agency took weeks to return the deposit and just simply don't reply/ignore any requests. Would never want to rent from them again.

GoogleGreat local knowledge of Westminster and all the residential blocks. Michaela and Truc are super helpful and efficient and I would highly recommend Garton Jones to any one looking to rent a flat in the area or to landlords. They have lately secured a letting for me at full asking price within 48 hours.

FacebookBad service during the rent. Many errors. Staff... no words... At the end of tenancy they work to keep as much as possible of your deposit. After them I rented a house with another agency and the difference is clear.

GoogleI had a great experience with Garton Jones Estate agents recently where I was assisted by Truc Trinh who reached beyond lengths to secure me a property. I was searching with the intent of finding somewhere ASAP in the westminster area with an apartment being secured more or less on the same day of viewing. Super fast communication and a straightforward process to have me moved in within 7 days. Well recommended. Shaun.

GoogleTruc Trinh from Garton Jones helped me secure a home last summer, and it has been an extremely pleasant stay. The agent is very responsive and communicates well with both landlord and tenants, which has made our move into the place a lot easier. Overall I would recommend their service.

GoogleI was impressed by the speed Truc respond to my request of aparment viewing. She arranged the viewing for the next day after I called in the late afternoon. Later I realise Truc knows the Webminster area so well that she is able to give you accurate market information regards other options available on the market, monthly rental fee on the market, etc. She is helpful, responsive, professional and knowledgeable!
