FacebookBeware- very poor after service and at end of tenancy they work very, very hard to keep all of your deposit! PLEASE keep your own condition report with photos if possible! Not nice to deal with.

GoogleVery surprised at the bad reviews here. I have literally received a service second to none. Exemplary staff and management of the flat I rented in Westminster. I literally cannot fault them. I have rented many flats and this is by far the best agency I have gone with as a tenant. I would not hesitate to use again in the future. Thanks all who work there.

GoogleAs a newcomer to London, all things were difficult, especially housing. At that time, I was living in hotel and should check out 10 days later. However, I needed to focus on working, couldn't spend much on housing. Truc Trinh and Garton Jones team made it and make thing easier and efficient. The whole process went smoothly I even didn't feel rush about it. Highly recommend!!

GoogleImpressive team. I don’t know how they do it but they are pretty efficient in finding tenants. Also quite smart in how they run their business. Well done!

GoogleScammers - always on landlord side and being unreasonable at all. Shocking!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
