More so recently where Anisa has provided exemplary service going above and beyond by helping with maintenance issues at the flat at very short notice.

GoogleI have been renting my place out with Garton Jones for nearly 4 years now. They are always on the ball and will deal with any issues right away. I dealt with Truc at the beginning and she was very helpful explaining the ins and outs of renting out my property and she was a great help. Melisha, the property manager, will deal with any problems right away and it has been easy and straightforward dealing with Garton Jones. Highly recommended!

GoogleIt was a great recommendation from a friend to use Garton Jones in my search for a leasing property in London. From the moment I had landed, meetings and home viewings were set up in accordance to my requirements. I was able to finalize the property on the same day. The company does a great job in matching your taste and requirements to the available properties. We were introduced to Truc, an agent at Garton Jones. She was brilliant in the viewings and made sure we were satisfied with the option we had selected. There were however a few things I wish were taken more seriously such as a home tour on my first day. It was a little uncomfortable to figure out functionalities of some things. Also, there were a few delays in maintenance issues that I had pointed out after I had moved in. These were however, attended to after constant reminders. Overall, Garton Jones is a great choice and I would highly recommend their service to people finding a home of their choice. Thank You, Garton Jones!

GoogleI highly recommend Garton Jones (Westminster and Pimlico) for their professional, efficient and friendly service in letting and property management. I have used a few letting agents before. Holly and her team from Garton Jones is the one stands out for me. They organise viewings, quotations, schedule any repair work efficiently and always keep me updated. Also they are good at managing tenants expectations. A big thumbs up from me!

GoogleThe worst experience I’ve had with a real estate agent and property manager. Very unresponsive and unsupportive. They haven’t been able to resolve the issues in the flat for over 4 months now. They only care about the problem when I write an email, only to say that they handle it next week. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
We are sorry to hear about the experience you have had regarding an ongoing maintenance issue on the property. We understand that this issue is nearly resolved as the contractor now has the required part. We do endeavour to resolve reported maintenance issues within a reasonable time frame. They have been very helpful in finding new tenants quickly and my property manager Melisha has always been efficient in getting back to me promptly. Truc Trinh was very helpful throughout the process and the flat she managed to secure has worked very well for my purposes. Furthermore, after moving in, the continued speed at which Natalia Rich at GJ has worked to fix various minor issues in the flat has far exceeded my expectations.

GoogleIn the process of renting an apartment which is managed by Garton Jones. Dealt with Truc Trinh and it has been a really smooth process. She helped us find an ideal apartment in a specific building we wanted to live in in Westminster - all within days, and also helped us through the paperwork. Staff are friendly and efficient and always quick to respond to my email queries.

We have used with Garton Jones Estate Agents for the last 10 years to find us suitable tenants and all the staff are realistic, honest and have been very helpful.
