GoogleTommy was a breath of fresh air and a great support while searching for a home away from home. He kept me updated with viewings but it only took one viewing and he found me exactly what I asked for in the Westminster redistribution.He went so far as to guide me with the countries way of doing things. He is a very professional and an amazing example of customer service. I will definitely recommend him to any prospective landlord.

GoogleWhen looking for a place to rent this year, Truc was very helpful in providing us with all the necessary knowledge we needed to know about the current market and would provide us with renting options that would meet our criteria. Truc was also very responsive and would throughly answer any concerns we had. The whole process of signing the lease and moving into the property was very smooth thanks to Garton Jones and Truc!

GoogleWorst customer service we have had by far especially after keeping up with our rent payments throughout the two years on our lease. After moving out for two whole weeks, there isn't any checkout report nor calls about progress of deposit return. We had to chase up Henry who doesn't seems to care a slight bit about his job, multiple times. Still no update on returning our deposit... They were very friendly with our check ins and receiving first payments etc. Good luck with moving out with them.

Our designated property manager Dominique was first class, she followed up on all issues e.g. occasional loss of hot water and heating. The standard of care and attention was far more than we expected as tenants. Dominique was also very proactive at the end of our tenancy, a process which can sometimes drag on. If there is a property you want to purchase via Garton Jones, ask for Truc because she will handle it perfectly, give you the best advice you can get and will genuinely take all of your views and concerns into account throughout the entire process. Truc also stays on top of everything that needs to be done; if you forget about something, rest assured she will not and she will take initiative to contact you and see how she can help. All of this was very evident from the day Truc picked up my call to Garton Jones and took our request. The quality of service and professionalism was flawless, from start to finish.
