GoogleDuring a stressful experience of house hunting, uncertainty, negotiations, expectations & everything else that unbalanced our state! Kay remained level headed, grounded & incredibly supportive. Very professional & honest, he was always available & kept the process going at a steady momentum. Eventually we sold our house through Kay, which incidentally is the second house we've owned which Kay had sold for us & we wouldn't consider using any other agent if in the future we decide to move on again.

GoogleI was really impressed by Garrison Estates on my property search and was compelled to write a review. The estate agent helping me, Kay, was very organised and attentive in organising viewings and following up afterwards. I was impressed by his genuine approach to the viewing process - he was more concerned that I found somewhere that genuinely felt like home, and where I felt comfortable, rather than just trying to make a sale - in the end I found a property elsewhere but I still really appreciated his honestly during the process, and his genuine happiness for me when I found a place with another agent. Thanks kindly to Kay and the rest of the team at Garrison Estates - very professional and genuine!

GoogleMay I rate 10 out of 5? Absolutely the greatest experience renting the flat with Kay. I have been renting the flat all over the world and I've never had so an impeccable attitude. I've recently moved to London and wasn't quite familiarized with the procedure of renting apartments in the UK that's why I've suffered for 3 months looking for the agent who I could trust. Luckily I met Kay, he made the process so easy and even having a headache with me he always went the extra mile. Hope the next step would be buying a property with Garrison Estates.

GoogleI would love to give Garrison Estates a 5 star review! David gave me so many helpful tips before my moving. I also wanna appreciate Alba’s help, she always positively deal with my issues. Since my flat is in an old building, there are problems caused by poor maintenance of the last tenant. After reporting problems, Alba can always contact the landlord or workers to help me solve it immediately. Thanks to her work attitude and work efficiency, I can have a warm and comfortable living environment here.

GoogleProfessional, honest and acting with integrity. I found and bought my house through Kay at Garrison and I can't recommend highly enough. Kay represented the sellers interests well but was always fully transparent, super responsive even when were are issues (where many agents just don't get back to you / make out they are busy) and overall a pleasure to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough. When I first saw the house advertised by them on Rightmove - I'd also asked other agents about Garrison as I'd never heard of them before and they only had good things to say.
